oh my goodness! i haven’t been on this in forever.. i pulled a muscle and stopped working out, stopped eating right.. BAH! and now that i’m starting school again, it’s really hard.. but, my friend and i started a competition where we both have to lose 12 pounds by june starting march 1st! so i’m going to try and kick my butt back into gear.
today, i did the elliptical for an hour! hopefully i’ll be able to keep up some kind of cardio. i LOVE running but the muscle i pulled says no to running. :P
